Our Team

Torri Efron Pelton LMFT #110571

For the last decade I have specialized in treating eating disorders, body dysmorphic disorder, and related issues, as well as family therapy. I meet the client where they are at, and help build a supportive team around them, depending on each client’s personalized needs. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. To me the most important part of therapy is building a safe and trusting relationship. I like to work with families, adolescents and young adults struggling to get rid of their eating disorder, and live their life to the fullest. I am passionate about working with families as a whole to restore balance in the relationships. I strive to meet the unique needs of where the client is at in their journey, and bring them closer to their goals.

As a therapist specializing in both Eating Disorders and trauma, I strive to create a warm and welcoming environment in which my clients can share their experiences and feel safe to do so. I enjoy working with adolescents, young adults, and families to process trauma and work towards aligning with a more fulfilling lifestyle. My primary objective is to empower my clients to better understand their thoughts and feelings, assess how their life experiences may affect their daily lives, and develop healthy coping skills that can help them on their journey of healing and recovery.

Specializing in Eating Disorders over the past several years has paired with my passion for treating trauma. Pursuing continued education in providing weight inclusive and gender-affirming care, EMDR therapy, as well as navigating pregnancy & eating disorders has allowed me to continue to provide my clients with the care they deserve.

My aim is to provide an unconditional space in which my clients can express themselves and ever-evolving stories without judgement. I understand the complexities of life and focus on helping my clients where they are ready to begin. I look forward to being a part of your journey.
